I appreciate you taking the time to consider Mind What Matters as a place you can come to for peace and restoration. If you're looking to reduce anxiety, cope with the impact social stressors may have on you, manage depression, maintain sobriety from misusing substances, and handle overwhelming feelings of hopelessness or helplessness by learning practical skills to use daily, then you are in the right place. I also specialize in supporting individuals who are experiencing Perinatal Mood & Anxiety disorders, Perinatal loss and grief, and challenges related to having a baby in the NICU. Through professional training and my own lived experience, I understand the unique struggles and emotions that come with these experiences.
This is a space where you can be yourself without judgement, enhance your strengths to manage emotions, while creating attainable goals. My approach is compassionate and evidence-based, and I am committed to helping you navigate these difficult times. Together, we can work towards building resilience, finding hope, and achieving a sense of well-being.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
